9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Third-party claims
9.2 Liability Cap
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $10 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HyperTeams and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit or create using the Service
- Your negligence or willful misconduct

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HyperTeams regarding the Service.
