7. AI-Generated Content

  • Does not constitute professional advice
  • May not be unique or original
  • May infringe third-party rights

7.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Any consequences of using AI-generated content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

9.1 No Consequential Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Damage to reputation
  • Damages from security breaches
  • Third-party claims

9.2 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $10 USD.

9.3 Basis of the Bargain

These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and are an essential basis of the agreement between us. We would not have provided the Service without these limitations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HyperTeams and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you submit or create using the Service
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We may provide links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right without prior notice to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Add or remove features
  • Change pricing for paid services
  • Update these Terms
  • Change usage limits

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HyperTeams regarding the Service.
